John Mawlani’s exhibition review: “Everyone Direct”, the Masharat
“Everyone lives with John Mawlani” is not a new offer. Instead, this series is the development of “everyone in Los Angeles”, which is an emerging concept-and it seems that experimental-timing to Netflix is a joke festival last year. After producing six episodes in eight days, Mulaney took 10 months to re -equip the chain to something that is very severe regional but not less than privacy.
“10 months is the perfect time to forget how to do this offer,” Mulani joked in Monuhouj. But the next hour explained the comedians and the collaborators forgot, and in fact a change, very little of that first enemy. (That Mulaney referred to – and continued to refer to – “Everyone in Los Angeles” as “this show”, not a separate offer, was an accurate preview.) Richard Kane is still the broadcaster; The clock axis is still an expanded panel that is associated with celebrities with non -famous experts in their field; MULANEY still asks the callers about the type of car they drive, because although everyone may not be in Los Angeles, he certainly. The seventies -inspired group on Soundstage in Hollywood proved a borrowing from one -time experience to a group of dozens of weekly episodes: mostly, with only minor modifications clear to a small sub -group of NERDY fans.
This is great news for the fans like me, after she naming “everyone in Los Angeles” one of the best offers last year in the annual Roundup. However, it is surprising how the first non -expansionist technical appearance was. For example, the presence of Saymo delivery robot is not interpreted. The four -wheeled MULANEY friend does not need an introduction to those who saw the eye that develops into a full personality last spring, but the falling yans may be in a large launch of a group of international signs that have left their heads to scratch their heads. Molmani may have cracked that changing the name came after the concentration groups showed that the fans did not like Los Angeles, but there was nothing else about the presentation that the focus collection or planned felt with a collective attraction in mind.
“Every person who lives” takes after a five -member plate, partly due to the fact that the discussion dealt with most of the episode: it is often strange and anomalous, but in a way that allows the exaggeration of the ritual when the stars are in line with. Without the ability to edit and tighten a pre-chip in advance, the broken person can wander between actor Michael Keaton and the column writer in personal finance Jessica Roy on the topic of the chosen night-money lending to friends and family-without a goal. (Keaton is a kind of delivery of a story about the “Buildout $ 500 $ 500” strategy for Jack Nicholson, although his impression was very wonderful.) However, we also dealt with the popular singer Joan Bayes who tells the time when the new Tesla was destroyed in the oak tree, something that the audience’s happiness does not exceed in the cylinder.
Part of which made “everyone in Los Angeles” very exciting was how the cultural matter of the dialogue program was declined as an opportunity. Instead of subjecting endless grinding from daily addresses or relying on stars promotional schedules to reserve guests, the exhibition will host a specialized vinegar that was heading towards “treatment of a dialogue program” such as aesthetic to be tried and crossed with it, and not a set of expectations. “Everyone lives live” the spirit of chaos and curiosity, with all the risks that come with it. Despite the most regular schedule of its predecessor, the offer is not a risk that Netflix’s answer becomes “late at night” or “The Tonight Show”.
Expanding the focus from Los Angeles and its many contradictions to the most general claims has its increasing pain. I did not feel the same infectious enthusiasm from MULANEY for financial etiquette, for example, the OJ Simpson case. On the other hand, it will be difficult to get a group of Willy Loman Focus in South California broadcast. This drawing, which comes before the closing performance of the episode by Cypress Hill, was the peak of the watch, which contains every simple concern that gave the time of broadcasting in the choir of complex actors screaming in the monologue as one.
“Every direct person” will continue to obtain hiccups because it reduces its new schedule, because the hiccups are integrated in the show scheme that requests direct callers and the host interacts in real time. (I have some follow -up questions about the high -end Redondo Beach Trainer exercise. Nothing on the TV screen is vibrating with the same frequency as “Everyone who lives”, “Everyone in Los Angeles”. We have to copy ourselves.
